I drew this at a bar, drunk on gin and tonic. It was back in the Axis of Evil days, and before Matt and Trey's Team America: World Police. I just did the colors today and fixed some ink. 2002.
Oh, and this isn't at all the truth about North Korea. For that I highly suggest Guy Delisle's graphic novel A Journey in North Korea. It's really quite tragic.
I cleaned up the lettering today, which I was trying to avoid, but Gavin said it was sort of illegible, so I fixed it.
